风能,作为无污染的可再生能源之一,的确具有巨大的发展潜力。与传统的煤炭发电相比,风力涡轮发电拥有许多优势,例如,风力发电减少了化石燃料的消耗并能减少电力输送环节的损耗,增强大型电网的独立性和弹性。但是,风力本身所具有的间歇性、随机性和不可控性也给风电的运营造成了一定的困难:风速的不确定性导致了输出功率的不确定,从而难以进行风力发电量的预测、控制和调度。此外,电价波动、电网需求和风机的异步性,也对风机的启停规划造成很大的影响。因此,风电厂调度研究目前面临的主要问题就是如何制定合理的长短期规划,提高风电分配、调度的效率,管理风力不确定性带来的风险
风电厂在生产的过程中,风力发电的原理是比较简单的。在风力发电的过程中需要使用风力发电机,空气切入到风轮叶片中会产生阻力或者是升力。在这两种力的作用下,风机的叶片就好旋转起来,从而带动发电机产生电能。在生产过程中,还有一些其他的辅助生产系统,这些系统之间互相协调工作,相互配合,使得风电厂生产过程更加节能环保,资源利用更加合理完善。
